Terms and Conditions.
If you wish to cancel your order you must do so within 7 days from the date of the contract between us (date we accept your order). Should you cancel after this date there will be no refund payable (however we may allow a 50% refund at our discretion if your dress is still in the early stages of being made). Should your dress be completed within 7 days, as in some express orders there will be no refund payable should you wish to cancel. All cancellations must be in writing either by email or by letter to our postal address and will take affect on receipt by us. Your dress will be made to order to your given size therefore the 7 day return for any reason period under the distance selling regulations does not apply.
If you wish to return an item that is faulty or not as ordered you must inform us of your intention to return the item within 3 days of receipt and the item must be returned within 4 days of informing us that you wish to return the item (or within 7 days from receipt if you inform us in less than 3 days). Items must be returned unsoiled and with their original packing for a refund or exchange where the delivered dress or item is not as ordered. All items must be returned to us as we do not collect from customers premises. We always check our dresses for damage before sending however should goods arrive damaged in transit please inform us immediately. Postage and packing charges are not refundable on the return of any items that are not deemed to be faulty or incorrect.
We are a fair trade company that sell many dresses on small profit margins. We make our dresses ' made to measure' at a fraction of the costs of high street costs. In order to maintain these costs we cannot send dresses to customer to try on and return if not their style therefore we ask you to choose wisely before ordering and take note of the returns policy.
All our dresses are made to order for each customer . We provide a link to a size chart on each page where a dress can be purchased and allow our customers to make a comment in the remarks box when paying if they have any requests for size changes such as length or if they have size 12 bust and 14 hips etc. The size chart is provided to help our customers identify common sizes. We will always confirm the order, size , colour and all changes required. The dress will be made when all the information is confirmed and corrected by the customer or if no confirmation of changes is received within 48 hours of our confirmation email we will assume that the order details are correct. It is a costly and time consuming process to make dresses for individual customers therefore we ask that you choose wisely. We offer a returns policy if we make the dress the wrong size, colour, style etc.
Should a buyer have the need to return a purchase an email should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org stating the reason for the return and requesting a returns code. This reason for return should be clearly marked on the invoice that should be returned with the garment(s) or items
We deliver to addresses all over the world and we normaly deliver within 21 days , but please allow up to 28 days delivery at busy periods. Please email if you would like to know current delivery times..
We use well known Courier Services to deliver our dresses. If a dress has been dispatched in a timely manner by ourselves we cannot take responsibility for dresses that are delivered late as a result of the actions and or delays of these courier services.
For your convenience and security we use the secure online services of Paypal where you can pay with all major Debit and Credit cards.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these conditions.
